Jason Lee Corbin
JOHNSTOWN: Jason Lee Corbin 41, of Johnstown, OH passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012 due to complications of APS. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM Thursday 10, 2012 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N Main St., Johnstown, OH with Pastor Larry Maddox officiating. Interment to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
Jason was born on January 12, 1971 in Brunswick, Maine. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and spending time with his family.
Jason is survived by his loving wife of 14 years Susan Hickey Corbin; children; Hunter Corbin, Ryan Frost; parents Linda (Dave) Bowlby, David Corbin; his siblings Robin (Nicole) Corbin, David (Chrissy) Bowlby, Donna (Anthony) Herring, Cathyann Bowlby; mother-in-law Rose Hickey; along with a large extended family and many good friends.
Jason is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents James and Rhoda Spurlock; paternal grandparents Fred and Sadie Corbin.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Memorial contributions can be made to the
