GRANVILLE: A Funeral Mass for Myra Stoll, 93, of Granville, will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 10:30 A.M., Monday, July 8, 2013, with Rev. JCP Sullivan, Parish Priest, as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Mrs. Stoll, a graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School, died at the Selma Markowitz Care Center of Hospice of Central Ohio on Friday, July 5, 2013. She was born in Pennsylvania on March 12, 1920 to the late Frank and Marguerite (Milligan) Ruple.
A very devout Catholic, Myra was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the Women of St. Francis and the Women's Bible Study Group. She was also a member of the PIME Guild.
Once her children were grown, Myra earned her real estate license and worked as a realtor for 28 years with Century 21, Don R. Myers Real Estate, retiring at the age of 86.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Kathie Stoll of Akron, Mark Stoll of Columbus, Les and Kathy Stoll of Granville, Jeffrey Stoll of Columbus; her daughters, Mary Lynn Stoll of Reynoldsburg and Lauranna Stoll of Newark; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; her sister, Rosemary Benedict of Rochester Hills, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Myra was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Stoll; her daughter, Veronica Snow; her grandson, Matthew Stoll; her sisters, Margaretta Tanner, Jean Rodabaugh, and Sally Crouse; and her brother, Charles Ruple.
Friends and family may call from 4-8 P.M. Sunday, July 7, 2013 at the REED-EGAN FUNERAL HOME, 141 Green Wave Drive, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 P.M.
