Nancy A. McCoun
LAFAYETTE: Nancy A. McCoun, 72 of 57550 County Road 5 West Lafayette, died Saturday, June 23, 2012 at her residence. She was born Sunday, June 25, 1939 in Oxford Township to the late John W. and Helen Gertrude Young) Sharrock.
She was 1958 West Lafayette High School graduate. She retired from JII Associates of Coshocton after 40 years of service. She was a member of Full Gospel Temple Church, and the Eastern Star. On Sunday February 5, 1956 she married Donald L. McCoun who survives.
She is also survived by one son, Mark McCoun and his wife Bonnita of Newcomerstown; daughters, Julie Harper and her husband Harry of Alexandria, Rebecca Caley and her husband Jack of Newcomerstown; ten grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one brother, Roger Sharrock and his wife Vera of Alexandria; four sisters, Mary McCoun, Marlene Drennen and her husband Denver all of Pataskala, Clara Wright of Naples, FL., and her husband Stanley of Colorado Springs, CO.
She was preceded in death by one son Tim; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers; John and Jim Sharrock;and two sisters, Dorothy Prater and Edna Baker.
Services will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Addy Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Young officiating. Burial will be in Plainfield Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the Addy Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Coshocton County PO BOX 1284 Coshocton OH 43812
