Paul R. Hauenstein
GRANVILLE: Paul R. Hauenstein passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. He was born in New York in 1931 to the late Rudolph and Martha Hauenstein.
An U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Hauenstein served aboard the U.S.S. Tripoli. He retired from Lucent Technologies where he was a computer engineer.
Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Joan E. Hauenstein of Granville; children and their spouses, Peter and Kae Hauenstein, Susan and David Schmidt, and Lisa Drommer.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his son, Mark Hauensein who died in 2013.
