Randall Lynn Bending
FORT MYERS, FL: Randall Lynn Bending, 59, a loving father and friend, died to be with the Lord on August 23, 2012. Randall leaves two sons, Austin and Mason Bending, their sister, Victoria Durand; two brothers, Larry and Denny (Newark, OH); and many, many dear friends, including Susan, Renae, Cody and Casey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Eva and brother Ronny.
He moved to Sanibel Island in the late 70's and worked the island flare between Timmy's Nook and Tracy's Car Wash, including Tween Waters Marina, for many years. He was known for his "Rat Pie" and could be seen hitching a ride to most anywhere. Randy loved fishing-especially with his boys, being on the water, and traveling.
There will be a memorial to celebrate his life at Peace Lutheran Church, 15840 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at noon.
