FREDERICKTOWN: David A. Wolfe, age 62, of Columbus Road, Fredericktown, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Ohio State University Medical Center.

He was born on June 14, 1948 in Mount Vernon to the late Glenn and Dorothy (Storts) Wolfe. David was employed at American National Can for almost 32 years. He attended the Fredericktown United Methodist Church and was a veteran serving in the United States Army. David was also in the Army Reserves and the Air National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Kavanagh) Wolfe; his son, Scott (Pam Goodman) Wolfe of Heath; his daughter, Mindi (Billy) Strouse of Newark; five grandchildren, Zack Wolfe, Mikhayla Wolfe, Gabrielle Wolfe, Rylynd Jewett, Tristyn Strouse; and his brother; Larry Wolfe of Mount Vernon.
Friends may call on Friday from 12 - 1 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home (619 East High Street, Mount Vernon). A service will follow beginning at 1 p.m. with Rev. Keith Bohley officiating. Burial, with military honors provided by the Knox County Joint Veteran's Council, will be held in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
