She was a founding member of the Fairfield Harbour Yacht Club and also served as a director for the Harbour Recreation Club. Jim preceded her in death in 1999. Alice was fortunate enough to meet a wonderful man named Walt Chaiko and her adventurous life continued. Thank you, Walt, for taking such good care of Mom through her illness.
