Samuel LaNorris Dudley

Samuel "Snake" LaNorris Dudley, 44, died Feb. 9, 2014, at his residence in Hackensack, N.J.

He was a native of Bayboro and a 1988 graduate of Pamlico County High School. He was owner of Dudley DuRite Computer Services and was employed with Hudson Crossing Services.

His memorial services will held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Mt. Olive M.B. Church with the Rev. David Burley, pastor, officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Dudley of the home; two sons, Timothy Smith of Fayetteville and Elijah Johnson of the home; two daughters, Zanquazia Miller of Bayboro and Salima Dudley of the home; parents, Samuel and Betty Credle Dudley of Bayboro; three sisters, Javaz Dudley of Hackensack, N.J., Minerva Dudley of New Bern and Aishya Stanley of High Point; maternal grandmother, Hattie Credle of Bayboro; and one grandchild.
