POLLOCKSVILLE | Edna Catherine "Rine" Irving Hill, 90, of 473 Scott Road, died Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New
She was a 1943 graduate of Trenton High School and a lifetime member of Andrews Chapel F.W.B. Church.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Freddie Hill of the home; two sons, Alfus Irving of New Bern and Curtis Hill of Pemberton, N.J.; four daughters, Edna Cahoon of New Bern, Annie Lloyd of Greensboro, Claudia Haddock of Pollocksville and Sharon Cunningham of Durham; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Rivers-Morgan Funeral Home, Inc., 701 West St., New Bern. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, in the Northwest "A" F.W.B. Conference Tabernacle, 1124 Ten Mile Fork Road, Trenton. Interment will follow at Andrews Chapel F.W.B. Church cemetery.
