NEW BERN - Emagene Herring Broy, 58, L-111 Craven Terrace, died Friday, June 15, 2012, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.She was employed as a teacher's assistant at Cobb Day Care.
Her funeral will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2012, at Word of God Christian Center, 3650 Neuse Blvd., with the Rev. George Herring officiating. Burial will follow in New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her four sons, Dexter Herring of Arden, Michael Herring of Pueblo, Colo., James Broy Jr. of New Bern and Torrey Broy of Windsor; one daughter, Naja Herring Warren of Charlotte; eighteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, at the mortuary.
