Myra Vincent Obituary

Myra Dudley Vincent, 87, died Sunday, May 24, 2009, at In-Patient Hospice, Greenville.

Mrs. Vincent was a native of Craven County and a member of Bethany Christian Church. She was a farmer's wife, worked at McLellans and retired fromRoses. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be greatly missed.

Graveside funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the Hill Family Cemetery, with the Rev. Danny French officiating.

Myra was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Hurley Vincent Sr., and is survived by three sons, Bobby Vincent, and his wife, Ava, and B.J. Hurley Vincent and his wife, Linda, all of Cove City, and Rhem Vincent and his wife, Paula, of New Bern; one daughter, Lilla Wiggins, and her husband, David, of Morehead City; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Myra's home at all times.

Cotten Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
