Richard Dominic Flowers, 60, died Friday, June 22, 2012.The funeral was held Saturday, July 21, 2012, in Jacksonville.
He is survived by his siblings, John Anthony Flowers of Florida, Joseph Mark Flowers Sr. and Ray Lionel Flowers Jr. of Alliance, Deborah Ann Sandoval of Albuquerque, N.M., Edward Eugene Flowers of Raleigh, Alexandra Lorraine Williams of Darrington, Wash., and Dominic Donald Flowers, Howard Lee Flowers, Cindy Lou Seale, Ann Marie Bass and Ivey Jewell Perez of New Bern; and stepfather, Luis Perez of New Bern.
