NEW BERN - Suzanne Elizabeth McNally Flockhart, 53, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on March 8, 2014. Suzanne was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and was a graduate of the University of Delaware, class of 1982, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later attended the University of Maryland receiving a Master of Science in 1998. Suzanne practiced as a Nurse Practitioner at Eastern Nephrology and Craven Dialysis Unit. She was a devoted wife to her husband Billy, ever faithful to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Always on mission, she loved the community that surrounded her, giving selflessly of her time, money, and her beautiful heart. In life Suzanne was passionate about gardening, cooking, her two dogs Chelsea and Chloe, and she was deeply devoted to her brothers and sisters in Christ at Temple Baptist Church.

Suzanne is survived by husband, Billy Flockhart; son and daughter-in-law, Seth and Lacy Meisel; stepson and fiancé, Jason Flockhart and Caitlin Norris; parents, Charles and Catherine McNally; mother-in-law and husband, Carol and Gilbert Norris; father-in-law, Bill Flockhart; brother and sister-in-law, Clay and Diane McNally; nephew and niece, CJ and Erin McNally; and brother, Robert McNally.

Suzanne's impact on the community was profound and will last through all those who survive her and carry her memory in their hearts. Please join us in celebrating this amazing woman's life at Temple Baptist Church, Thursday March 13, 2014, viewing from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., service to follow. Dr. Steve M. Flockhart, her brother-in-law and Pastor Joe Davis, officiating.
