Condolences to my cousin's. My Uncle Gene served his country in WWII on a destroyer. He was in the South Pacific and suffered the hell of war in naval battle, and of Kamakazi's diving on his ship. He was a man to respect. He loved his family, his God, and his country. He knew what it meant to be an American, I hope his grandchildren inherited his values, and his sense of humor. He took me on my first motorcycle ride in 1956, it's 2012, and I still ride. Thank you Uncle Gene for the ride, the talks few as they were, and the things you taught me like honor, respect, and courage. I shall miss your drawl.

I have so many memories of Grandpa from Madison Old fashion days where he bought us all Ice cream to going to his house and seeing the beehives and his garden to him sponsoring me to be a rainbow girl. I also remember how proud of me he was when I joined the Navy just like him. It was also nice to visit him a few times when he was in Florida. One of the greatest memories will always be when He walked me down the aisle for my wedding! I love you Grandpa! Thank you for all the great memories! You are forever in our hearts

I used to cut Gene's hair many years ago. He was always so kind, funny and one of my favorite clients. Although I hadn't seen him in about 15 years I have never forgotten him.

Dad,
I will always love and miss you dearly. You were a great father and I learned a lot from you. Hopefully I am as good a parent as you were. My heart aches, but you put up a long hard fought battle. God knew you were tired, so he decided to call you home. Until we see each other again, R.I.P. you have earned it.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
God broke my heart to prove,
He only takes the best.
Love you forever and always Dad!
Your daughter Pam
