LaVerne M. Fennell, 87, a longtime Cleveland resident, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg.
She was born Feb. 28, 1926, in Cleveland.
Mrs. Fennell was a computer operator at the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank for many years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda (John) Casalina of Rock Creek; five loving grandchildren; and nine loving great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Fennell; daughter, Diane Hynd; and parents, Stephen and Mary Eszyreni.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in West Park Cemetery, Cleveland.
