Parziale, Mildred*  
Together Again Private family services will be held for Mildred (Mirich) Parziale, 86, of Lakeline Village. Mrs. Parziale passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Wickliffe Country Place. Born November 10, 1929 in Cleveland, she had lived in Lakeline Village for more than 50 years. She was the beloved mother of Terri (Ron) Gvora of Willowick, Frank Parziale, Jr. of San Bernardino, CA and Vanessa (Tom) Hamski of North Olmsted; dear grandmother of Jason (Molly) Gvora, Justin (Katie) Gvora, Sarah (Zak) Jester and Steven Hamski; great-grandmother of Aidan, Alaina, Austin, Morgan and Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Frank Parziale, Sr. on May 18, 1998. Her parents, George and Eva (Westkowski) Mirich are also deceased. Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township. The family would like to offer a heartfelt, special thank you to all the staff of Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc., for their love and support through the past year. Pomeroy, Roger L.*  
Funeral services for Roger L. Pomeroy, age 77, will be 12 noon, Saturday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville where friends will be received from 10 a.m. to time of services Saturday. A resident of Geneva, Roger was born on January 22, 1939 in Painesville. He passed away on May 24, 2016 at UHHS Geneva. Mr. Pomeroy was a retired service technician for Kallay's Chestnut TV in Painesville. Roger enjoyed hiking, walking, covered bridges, music and trains. He also loved to tinker with odds and ends. He is survived by his children, Dodi (Tony) McNary, Debi (Joe Zappitelli) Pomeroy, David Pomeroy; siblings, Pat (Jim) Warfield, Linda (William) Soss; grandchildren, Shawn (Dawn Huntington) Cole, Crystal (David) Francway, A.J. McNary, Jason Turner, Stephanie (Chuck) Jacobs, Christopher (Leanne) Horton, and Amber Pomeroy and 11 great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by, daughters, Dawn, twin daughters at birth, Doreen and Darlene; parents, Gail and Ellen (Somppi) Pomeroy; siblings, Rodney and an infant. Interment will be in Perry Cemetery Contributions in Mr. Pomeroy's memory may be made to the Lake or Geauga County Metro Parks.

Services for Terry Lynne Parks (nee Serio), 72, of Mentor, will be held at 10 am on Saturday May 21, 2016 at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby. Terry passed away May 16, 2016. She was born October 11, 1943 in East Cleveland, Ohio. Terry was a Certified Medical Transcriptionist. Survivors are her daughter, Theresa Parks DeMichele and her son Jack A. Parks; her beloved grandchildren, Pietro, Angela, Jaclyn, Joseph and Christopher; sister, Nancy Schlachet and brother, Sam Serio Jr. (deceased). Visitation will be held on Friday May 20 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. (Willoughby). Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, Ohio. Petrovic, Wanda*  
Wanda Petrovic, 81, of Lexington, Ky., passed away May 19, 2016 after bravely battling a long illness. She was born and raised in Bell County, Ky. and split her adult life between the Mentor-Painesville area of Northeastern Ohio where she raised her family, and Middlesboro, Ky. where she returned to live and care for her parents before settling in Lexington, Ky. She is predeceased by her parents, Dorothy Treece Fergerson and Clyde Fergerson,; sisters Lilian Vanderhoff and MaryAnn Dobransky; and grandson Steven Petrovic. She is survived by her loving daughter Donna Petrovic; sons Mark Petrovic and Greggor Petrovic; son in law Steve Goldberg; granddaughter Jenny Petrovic and great grandson Christopher Petrovic; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24th at Shumate Funeral Home in Middlesboro, Ky. A graveside service will follow at Red Hill Cemetery. www.clarklegacycenter.com

Potter, Carl E. "Gene"*  
Carl E. "Gene" Potter, a life-long resident of Madison, died surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the age of 89. Mr. Potter was born on August 8, 1926 in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was the older of two children, born and raised during the Dust Bowl. An Army paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne, he served in Japan during WW II before his honorable discharge in 1949. He married Virginia Kunkel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They settled in Madison in 1960, and were happily married for 56 years until her death in 2010. He worked at Republic Steel in Cleveland for nearly three decades before retiring. A warm and helpful neighbor, he also enjoyed fishing in Ontario with friends and spent many summers on his pontoon boat on Lake Erie. Mr. Potter was preceded in death by his parents, Carl A. and Minerva Neal; his brother, Paul, his wife, Virginia, and infant daughter, Jill. He is survived by his two sons, Glen of Shaker Heights, and John of Martinsburg, West Virginia and their wives, Michelle and Tammy. He was the proud grandfather of Julianne, Gavin, Jordan, and Cady. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 3 p.m. at North Madison Cemetery, Hubbard Rd. (across from ICC). Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. His family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, Cleveland, Ohio, at www.hospicewr.org Funeral arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057.
