Tayerle, James Joseph*  
James Joseph Tayerle, 81, of Willoughby, passed away on November 26, 2014. He was born in Cleveland, on November 1, 1933, to the late Henry and Anna Tayerle. Jim was a proud Korean War Veteran in the US Army. He was also a member of the Richmond Heights VFW. Jim enjoyed gardening and listening to classical music. Most of all, Jim loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed by many. Jim is survived by his two sons, Tim (Laura) Tayerle and Todd (Mary Alice) Tayerle; his grandchildren, Morgan, Samantha, Kylie, Wesley, Jaycie; and his sister Mary Ann (Robert) Stoker. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, of 47 years, Blanche Tayerle; his brother, Donald Tayerle; and sister, Dorothy Baher. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2014 also at the funeral home. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.

Tewell, Thomas S.*  
Thomas S. Tewell, age 52, of Melbourne, Fla. passed away Nov. 19, 2014 at his home. Born July 17, 1962 in Cleveland to Thomas A. Tewell and Sherry (nee: Rodd) Fay, he had been a longtime resident of Melbourne. Tom was a graduate of Florida State University's ophthalmology program. He enjoyed music, going to concerts and anything related to electronics. He is survived by his mother, Sherry (Charles) Fay of Chardon; father, Thomas (Wanda) Tewell of Perry; brother John "Jay" Tewell of Euclid and many extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A gathering will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. (On Rt. 44, 500' south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) Chardon. Truesdell, Mattie Geneva*  
Mattie Geneva Truesdell, age 94, passed away on Nov. 21, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Kirtland. A Mentor resident, Geneva was born on March 21, 1920 in Fairmont, West Virginia. She had lived from 1969 to 2004 in Venice, Florida where she worked as the Zoning Inspector and Business Licensure Inspector for the City of Venice. Geneva received her pilot's license when she was 17 yrs. old and she enjoyed raising race horses. She also raced horses at Northfield Park and in the Tri-State area. Geneva was a lover of all animals and in her later years, she enjoyed spending time on her farm living her dream. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda (Bill) Hodgson of Mentor; son, Bill Truesdell of Madison; daughter, Lela Seiders of Port Charlotte, Fla.; six Grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; brother, Leonard Bean of Niles. Nieces and Nephews also survive. At Geneva's request no calling hours or services will be observed. Donations in her memory may be made in care of the Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060. Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home of Painesville is in charge of arrangements.
