Miceli, Edith P. ((Wills))*  
Edith P. (Wills) Miceli, 92, of Mentor, passed away April 21 2015 in her residence at Emeritus of Mentor. She was born March 31, 1923 in Cleveland. Edith, a long-time resident of Mentor, worked at the Cleveland Board of Education. She and her husband Sam were early members of First Assembly of God in Cleveland and Lyndhurst. They both recently were active at Calvary Assembly of God in Willoughby Hills. She was active in the Women's Missionary Council, Vacation Bible School and many other church activities. She sang in the church choir for many years. Survivors include her two sons, Timothy and Paul (Marilyn) Miceli, nephew Jeff (Terry) McClellan, nieces Grace (Tim) Andrassy and Faith (Darryl) Ramsey. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Sam Miceli, twin sister Eleanor R. McClellan on December18, 2014, parents Elmer and Mollie Wills and brother Dan Wills. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am Monday, April 27th at Calvary Assembly of God, 28870 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills, with funeral service to follow at 11 am. Burial will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Village. Miller, Dan*  
Dan Miller, 98, of Mentor passed away March 14, 2015 at Fairmount Health Center in Willoughby. He was born September 26, 1916 and grew up in Cleveland Heights, OH. After earning his college degrees, Dan joined the Navy and became the Commanding Officer of a Landing Craft Infantry ship. He made six trips carrying troops across the English Channel on D-Day. Post WW II, Dan built a house in Eastlake for his young family. Later they moved to Mentor, and Dan built his business, Dan Miller Heating Company, into a successful venture, retiring in 1980. Mentor residents for over 50 years, Dan and his wife Mabel were founding members of the East Shore Unitarian Universalist Church. In retirement, Dan was a well-recognized national and international senior tennis player, competing until the age of 90. Ranked #1 in the world in the 80's age bracket in 1996, he was honored to be inducted to the USTA/Midwest Section Hall of Fame as well as the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame. Survivors are his children Corinne Miller of Rocky River and Duncan (Francie) Miller and his grandson Logan Miller, of Emerald Hills CA. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 70 years, Mabel, and his son Stuart. Also deceased are his sisters, Jean Latimer of Pepper Pike and Peggy McCullough of Orlando FL. A public memorial service will be held at 2:30pm on May 2, 2015 at East Shore Unitarian Universalist Church 10848 Chillicothe Rd., Kirtland, OH 44094. The family will receive friends following the service. Private entombment will take place at Mentor Cemetery. Miller, William L.*  
Services for William L. Miller, 83, of Willoughby, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. Mr. Miller passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015, at The Golden Living Center – Western Reserve in Kirtland. Born Sept. 6, 1931, in Belmont County, he has lived in the Cleveland area for more than 55 years. He was a United States Navy veteran and enjoyed fishing and building model ships, several which were displayed at Vittorio's Restaurant in Wickliffe for many years. Survivors are his nephews, James (Jane) Miller, Jr. of Mantua and David (Jody) Miller of Dallas, Texas; great-nieces, Jordan Marie Miller and Andrea (Johnny) Petersen; great-nephew, Philip (Julie) Pape; brother, Tommy (Della) Miller of Los Angeles, Calif.; and sister, Margaret "Peg" (Gene) Holland of Sacramento, Calif. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine, in March, 2008. His parents, James T. and Lucy Marie (Galloway) Miller are also deceased. Final resting place will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens, Willoughby. Richard "Nick" Nicholson, age 72, of Chardon, passed away on April 24, 2015. He was born Nov. 18, 1942, in Chesterton, Ind. Nick was the beloved husband of Barbara; loving father of Kim Craig and Mark (Amanda) Hedrick; devoted grandfather of Lindsay Craig, and Camden and Holden Hedrick; and dear brother of Dottie Kasten, Betty Lindenmeyer, Christine Tressler and Robert Nicholson, all of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Nicholson. Patrick, Elizabeth Louise (White)*  
Elizabeth Louise (White) Patrick, 77, passed away April 12, 2015, in Fort Myers, Fla. She was born in Bone Cave, Tenn. on October 26, 1937. Mrs. Patrick was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, and grandmother. Her faith and family meant everything to her, especially her grandchildren. She grew up in Tennessee but moved with her family to Painesville in her teenage years and she attended Harvey High School. She enjoyed attending her children's and grandchildren's school and sporting events and was always their biggest cheerleader. She loved to cooking, crocheting, collecting porcelain dolls, and doing word search and jigsaw puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; parent, John and Verna (McCoy) White; stepmother, Jewell White; sister, Faye Carder; and son-in-law, William "Bill" Campbell. She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Campbell, Painesville, Cathy (Jim) Shahan, Cape Coral, Fla., Cindy (Sean) Bledsoe, Fort Myers, Fla.; son, Carl (Ronda) Patrick, Jr., Brunswick, Ohio; grandchildren, Troy (Lacey) Rains, Cape Coral, Fla., Travis Rains, Cape Coral, Fla., Joseph (Heather) Safick, Southern Pines, N.C., Corri Peck, Franklin, Tenn., Nathan Shahan, Geneva, Sarah Patrick, Brunswick, Ohio, Ian Bledsoe, Fort Myers, Fla.; great grandchild, Parker Safick, Southern Pines, N.C.; sister, Carole (Jerry) Meier, Madison; and brothers, Arlynn White, Fairfield, Calif. and Larry (Jean) White, Bone Cave, Tenn. A memorial service to honor her will be held at High's Funeral Home in McMinnville, Tenn. on May 2 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Mrs. Patrick was a long time member of the North Hills Church of God of Prophecy in McMinnville, Tenn. and her friend and Pastor Michael Harris will officiate. Theresa F. Patrick, 90, of Mentor, passed away Saturday April 25, 2015, at her home. She was born Nov. 17, 1924, in Cleveland. Beloved mother of Rosemary (Stanford) White, Geno Patrick, Susan (Michael) Mroczka, Mary Ann (David) Lidrbauch and John (Amy) Patrick. Loving grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of seven; Dear sister of Sylvia Plutt and Albina Abraham. Beloved wife for thirty-seven years to the late Geno Patrick until he passed in 1979. Wife of the late Walter Kasunic who passed in 1985. She is also preceded in death by one brother and four sisters. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor. Kathryn A. Pirnat, 77, a resident of Wickliffe for 56 years, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015. She was born Dec. 31, 1937 in Cleveland. Kathryn spent 37 years working at Lake Hospital Systems helping others through difficult times, always with a tender compassionate voice. She had a soft heart for all animals, especially her cats. She loved dancing, reading, playing piano, going to the movies with her dear friend, Carol and hosting a wonderful Christmas party each year for family and friends. Through all her struggles and losses in life, she always did everything she could for her family and carried on with great strength and fortitude. Kathryn is the beloved wife of the late Ronald C. Pirnat. Devoted mother of Scot (Cheryl) Sterle, Deborah (Les) Belles, Ronald C. "Bud" Pirnat,Jr., Robin (James) Walshesky. Loving grandmother of Michael (Ashley) Sterle, Daniel Sterle, Steven Sterle, Lisa Sterle, Nicole Karres, Amanda Krivacic, Joseph Pohl, Samantha Pohl, Ryan Pirnat and Kyle Pirnat. Great grandmother of Cynthia and Colin. Preceded in death by adored sons, Tod (Robin) Sterle and Lon Sterle; brother, William (Donna) Regal, Jr. and parents, Kathryn and William Regal, Sr. A celebration of life will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe. Florence L. Pistininzi, 87, of Eastlake, passed away on April 23, 2015. She was born in Spangler, PA on January 30, 1928 to the late Guy and Elizabeth Gaston. She worked at TRW for 28 years before retiring in 1994. Florence was a long-time parishioner at Mentor Plains UMC. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be dearly missed by many. Florence is survived by her children, Cheri Dillon, Lisa Roncalli, and Jodie Kirkpatrick, her grandchildren Raymond III, Rinaldo III (Sandy), Christina (Robert), Edward Jr., Vanessa, Guy Jr., Richard, Melisa, Anthony, Raymond IV, Jessica, and Brittany, her great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Kevin, Devin, Kayla, Adelicia, Autumn, Vincenzo, Rinaldo IV, and Kennedy, her great-great-grandson Raymond V, and her brother Joseph Gaston. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Reynold Pistininzi, and her sons Rinaldo and Guy Pistininzi. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 26 at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake, OH. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday April 26 at 2 p.m. also at the funeral home. A third visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 27 at Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer, 655 Franklin St, Clymer, PA 15728. After visitation on Monday, a funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. at Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer. Interment will immediately follow at Oakland Cemetery in Indiana, PA.
