Clara (Theus) Eikenburg age 85, of Mentor for the past 16 years, formerly of Euclid, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Lake West Medical Center, Willoughby, with her family by her side.
She was born Aug. 11, 1928 in Cleveland.
Mrs. Eikenburg was a homemaker.
Clara was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Mentor, TOPS in Euclid, SNPJ Lodge #5. She enjoyed reading, traveling, puzzles and playing pinochle.
Survivors include her children, Marilyn R. (Dr. Edward) Davillier-Tronick of Boston, Mass., Janet M. (Dale J.) Luzar of Euclid and Paul Eikenburg of Huntsburg; grandson, Uri Davillier of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister, Evelyn Cvelbar of Willoughby; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Clara in death were her husband, Kenneth L. Eikenburg; parents, Andrew and Ludwina Theus; sisters, Ann Gielink, Agnes Vyner, Florence Horomanski and brothers, Al and George Theus; and daughter in law, Catherine Eikenburg.
Funeral mass will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 8560 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH 44060.
