Donald Edward Coyne, 72, of Eastlake, passed away Dec. 10, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born Dec. 3, 1940, in Cleveland.
He was a U.S. Army
veteran. Donald loved wood carving and was a member of Western Reserve Wood Carvers. He loved being outdoors and being with his family.
Mr. Coyne retired from General Motors
with 30 years of service at Fisher Body in Euclid and Lordstown in Warren.
Survivors are his wife of 49 years, Marilyn (Schaefer); sons, John P. and David A.; nieces, Pamela, Rochelle, Kimberly, Shelly, Tina and Debbie; nephew, Jeff; great-niece, Rachel; sister-in-law, Beatrice Schaefer; and dear friends, Chris and Joyce Schaefer.
He was preceded in death by his brother, John Coyne; parents-in-law, Sylvester and Esther Schaefer; and brother-in-law, George Schaefer.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Bethel Lutheran, on Willowick Drive. (Please meet at church.) Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
