Elizabeth A. Linderman, 93, of Wickliffe, passed away June 20, 2013, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland. She was born Nov. 19, 1919, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Betty was employed by University Hospitals, as a receptionist. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and adored by her great-grandchildren. Betty was also a caring friend, who treated everybody like family.
She is survived by children, Frederick (Jeanne) Linderman, Evelyn (Carl) Knirk, Mary (Jim) Kowalka and Roberta (Robbie) Robinson; grandchildren, Lisa (Scott) Hopkins, Carlene (Bill) Marchand, Eric (Amy) Linderman, Dave Knirk and Gavin (Donia) Linderman; nine great-grandchildren; and niece, Beth Knopick.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, George Linderman; and sister, Alice Bubuli.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 24, 2013, at the Wickliffe Presbyterian Church, 29955 Ridge Road, in Wickliffe. (Please meet at the church.) Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory would be appreciated to either the Wickliffe Presbyterian Church or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
