James D. Noble, 77, of Middlefield, passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at UH Geauga Medical Center in Claridon Township.
Born Sept. 7, 1935, in Warren, the son of Frank and Opal (Young) Noble served in the U.S. Army during the 1950s and then worked at the Johnson Rubber Co. in Middlefield doing multiple jobs until his retirement.
A lifelong resident of the Warren and Middlefield areas, Jim enjoyed fishing, landscaping, and vacationing in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He also enjoyed anything Native American Indian and eagles. Jim loved spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his wife, Claudia "Cookie" (nee Miller); son, Tyler (Jann) Noble of Middlefield; and granddaughters, Allie and Stephanie Noble.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael in 2010; parents; and brother, Tim.
A gathering of friends and family will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Russell Funeral Service, 15670 West High St. (Route 87), Middlefield, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m.
