Jane C. (Fuller) Beck, 85, of Williamsport, and formerly of Scarsdale, N.Y. and Painesville, died Dec. 19, 2013, in Circleville.
Mrs. Beck was born Feb. 23, 1928, in East Orange, N.J., the daughter of Clarence C. and Dorothea (Cary) Fuller.
Jane graduated from Boston University with a business administration degree. She was a member and president of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. While in Painesville, she founded and directed duplicate bridge clubs. She was a master bridge teacher and charter member of the American Bridge Teachers Association. As certified director for the American Contract Bridge League, she held the rank of silver life master.
Jane is survived by her daughter, Janet (Robert) Barnes of Williamsport; and two granddaughters, Jennifer (Christopher) Gatzke of Canon City, Colo.; and Melinda Barnes of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Beck; parents; and brother, David Fuller who was missing in action in World War II.
Private family services were held in Foxboro, Mass.
