Julia Hadyk

Julia Hadyk, 90, died July 24, 2013, at Wickliffe Country Place. She was born Jan. 21, 1923, in Euclid.
She was an elementary school teacher in the Euclid City School district for 35 years and retired in 1986. She was a member of a Bible study group at St. Justin Martyr Church and enjoyed reading, traveling, Cleveland sports teams and spending time with her family.
Survivors are her brother, Michael (Elaine) Haddock; many nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Haddock and Steve Hadyk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 29, at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. Burial will be in Whitehaven Cemetery, in Mayfield.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
