LINDA D. PATTON

Linda D. Patton, 70, of Chardon Twp., died on Wed., Apr. 23, at University Hospital, Cleveland.
Linda was born in Euclid, on Dec. 19, 1943, to William and Evelyn (Nee: Marjason) Bruns. She moved to Chardon in 1955, attended Chardon High School, then worked for the former Chardon Rubber Company for over 40 years as a parts finisher. Linda has been an active member of the Geauga FOE Aerie 2261 Auxiliary for over 35 years. Hobbies include traveling, especially Las Vegas, relaxing and entertaining family and friends at the cabin in West Hickory, PA, baking, cooking and always had "high hopes" for the Cleveland Browns.
She is survived by her husband, Robert , whom she married on Mar. 17, 1978, in Chardon; daughters, Laura (R. Scott) Dowling of Windsor, and Shannon (Jeffrey) Lewis of Chardon; sons, Terry A. (Paula) Carver and Thomas W. (Tammy) Carver, both of Chardon; sister, Gretchen (Joe) Zajdek of Novelty, OH; brothers, Michael A. Bruns of Montville Twp., and Gregory (Carol) Bruns of Geneva; grandchildren, Jessie, Megan, Clayton, Cody, Tyler, Travis; great-grandchildren, Zacharey, Nathan & Dominic.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Funeral Services will be on Wed., Apr. 30, 11 AM at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. (On Rt. 44, 500' south of Rt. 6 /Chardon Square) Chardon.
Visitation is Tues., from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
