Linda L. (Calhoun) Roncone, 66, of Buffalo, N.Y., entered into rest March 13, 2013.
Born in Painesville, Linda was a devoted wife, cherished mother and sister, loving grandmother and aunt, and friend to many, and will be deeply missed.
Linda graduated from Harvey High School in Painesville, and was a Lake County resident for over 40 years before moving to Buffalo, N.Y.
Linda loved to play card games and was a very gifted craft enthusiast. Linda enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns and was an avid New York Yankees fan. Her friends and family will remember her most for her enthusiasm for life and love, her great sense of humor and her famous ""sayings.""
She was preceded in death by her parents, Drawdy L. and Emma R. (Smith) Calhoun; and her brother, John Evangelista.
Survivors are her beloved husband of 15 years, Ralph Roncone; children, Donald (Becky) Smith, Douglas (Kimberly) Smith, and Anthony (Susan) Conte; stepchildren, Cindy Conte, Dave (Cheryl) Roncone, Paul (Heather) Roncone and Mike (Melissa) Roncone; and brothers, David (Bonnie) Calhoun and Dennis (Pat) Calhoun. Linda was also a cherished grandmother of 12, and is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for a remembrance gathering beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 6447 Dawson Blvd., Mentor.
