Funeral Mass for Louis Fratino, 83, of Willoughby, will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at Immaculate Conception Church, Willoughby.
Mr. Fratino passed away Oct. 11, 2012, at Hospice House in Cleveland.
Born Nov. 15, 1928, in Wickliffe, Louis was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, where he was a member of the church's Holy Name Society and the Blue Army Cell. He was a member of the Willoughby Council Knights of Columbus, co-editor of the Wickliffe Historical Society, and was also affiliated with Knights of Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine.
Mr. Fratino was employed by the Mayfield Heights School System as a bus driver. Prior to that, he worked at Addressograph-Multigraph in Euclid. He was a professional photographer for many years.
Survivors are his brother, Tony (Dorothy) Fratino; sisters-in-law, Nellie and Dolores Fratino; nieces and nephews, Joan Aquila, Michael Fratino, Linda (Gerry) Moffa, Thomas (Kathy) Fratino, Karen (Walt) Vance, Joe (Heather) Fratino, Bob (Sue) Fratino and Phillip Fratino. He was also great-uncle to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Carmella (Russo) Fratino; brothers, Michael and Phillip Fratino; and niece, Rosie Fratino.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township.
