Mary Ann (Mizerak) Pollack(1918-2013)

Funeral Mass for Mary Ann (Mizerak) Pollack, 95, of Garland, Texas, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Divine Word Church, 8100 Eagle Road, Kirtland. Fr. Dave Woost will officiate.
Mrs. Pollack passed away Friday, May 10, 2013, at Baylor Garland Hospital in Garland, Texas.
Born Jan. 9, 1918, in Martin, Pa., she was a resident of Eastlake and Cleveland before moving to Texas 15 years ago.
Mary Ann was a member of St. Justin Martyr Church, where she served as a Eucharistic minister, a member of the Eastlake Senior Citizens (and a past board member) and a volunteer at Lake West Hospital's gift shop.
Mary Ann was the loving mother of Shirley (William) Burkart of Kirtland and Nancy (Larry) Burger of Garland, Texas; cherished grandmother of Kenneth (Linda) Burkart, Richard (Amy) Burkart, Jeffrey Burkart, Holly (Dustin) Dollar and Lawrence (Jennifer) Burger Jr.; great-grandmother of Kaitlyn Dollar, Austin Dollar, Sophia Burger, Natalie Burkart and Evan Burkart; sister of Sophia Wojcik; and great-aunt of many.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilton Pollack, in 1976; siblings, Ann Zarbynicky, Paul Mizerak, Margaret Grasha and Helen Guska; and sister-in-law, Myrtle Skully.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark.
