Kyle O. "Bud" Grahame

1928 - 2011

Kyle O. Grahame, age 83, of Painesville Township, formerly of Collinwood, passed away May 4, 2011, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
Kyle retired from Carpenters Union Local 95.
He served as an MP in the U.S. Army. He was a member of American Legion Post 336 in Painesville and SNPJ Lodge 604. Kyle had many hobbies including collecting miniature bottles, old tools and Stroh's beer. He also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and gardening.
Mr. Grahame was the beloved husband of the late Rose (nee Hengelman); brother of the late Opal Logsdon; and uncle of the late Steve McCreary and Suzanne Schinko.
He was also the father of Jane Grahame; grandfather of Everi Rose of Painesville; brother of Virginia McCreary of Texas; uncle of Fritz Marinko, Robb Marinko, Georgi Rolan, Faye Rae Boyd, Jeffrey Schinko and Heidi Schinko; and great-uncle of Juliann Moss and Belinda Payne.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011, at Whitehaven Memorial Park in the Chapel of Peace, 615 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Village.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to your favorite charity.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home in Painesville.
