Lucy Cothar Obituary
Mrs Colthar died Sunday, May 22, 2011, at Euclid Hospital.
Born Aug. 13, 1920, in Cleveland, she was a longtime Wickliffe resident.
Lucy was a graduate of Collinwood High School in 1938.
She and her late husband, Leo sold Antiques and did antique lamp repairs for 20 years under the name Colthar Lamp & Specialty.
She is survived by sister-in-law, Frances Tomorwitz; nieces, Barbara A. (Ken) Wene, Joy (Ken) Umbach and Mary Katherine (James) Bossard; nephews, Raymond F. (Gabriela) Tomorwitz, John J. Tomorwitz; great-nephew, Steve Umbach; cousin, Betty Cerveny; and dear friend, Mary Ellen Watson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo E. Colthar, whom she married July 10, 1948; brother, Ray Tomorwitz; sister, Doris Tomorwitz; and niece, Claire E. Romeo.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
