June Prince Obituary

June M. Prince, 94, of Chardon, passed away May 21, 2011, at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg.
Born June 28, 1916, in Cleveland, she had been a lifelong area resident.
June married Robert M. Prince Sept. 16, 1936, in Chardon. She enjoyed gardening and had been a loving homemaker. June was a member of the Church of St. Mary in Chardon.
Survivors are her children, Jackie (Bill) Phillips of Middlefield, Bradford (Sheila) Prince of Chardon and Karen (Fred) Eck of Liberty Township; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brother, Tom McDonald of Chardon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Prince; parents, Jack and Helen McDonald; brothers, Jack Jr. and Ward; and sisters, Gladys Walker and Laverne Rist.
Services will be held noon Friday, May 27, 2011 at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., (Route 44, 500 feet south of Route 6/Chardon Square), Chardon.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Friday until the service at the Burr Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Munson Township.
