Margaret L. Dennison

1924 - 2015

Margaret L. Dennison, 91, of Perry Village, passed away November 28, 2015, at Heartland of Mentor. She was born April 13, 1924, in McWhorter, West Virginia.
Mrs. Dennison was a member of Perry Christian Church where she enjoyed being a part of the Dorca Circle and the Happy Hookers. She especially loved making quilts and rugs, and had made quilts for all of her family members whom she deeply loved and cared for. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Margaret volunteered at Perry Senior Center and at age 80 she became a Walmart greeter and loved greeting people.
Survivors are her children, Penny (Tom) Harrison, Patricia (Gary Russell) Dennison, Debra (Walter) Richardson and Harold (Margie) Dennison Jr. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; her brother, David Lee Casto; her sisters, Nancy Carol Lescho and TT (Rev. Pete) Roberts; and her many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Harold Dennison Sr.; parents, George and Orpha Casto; great grandchild, Tiffany Dennison; her sisters, Betty Jo Edwards and Mary Lou Hunt; and her brother, Donald Ray Casto.
A memorial service in memory of Margaret will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Perry Christian Church, 3270 Call Rd., Perry Twp.
A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Perry Twp. Cemetery.
