Anne F. (Prelc) Petrovich, 89, of Cleveland, a homemaker, passed away Dec. 2, 2012, at the Slovene Home for the Aged in Cleveland.

Born Feb. 22, 1923, in Cleveland, she had lived in Euclid before moving to the Slovene Home for the Aged in Cleveland five years ago.
Anne was a previous member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church and a member of SNPJ for 60 years. She loved animals and growing up on a farm. In addition to listening to Polka music, Anne enjoyed sewing, cake decorating and traveling in the motor home. Her family will fondly remember her for her cautious but gracious manner.
Survivors are her daughters, Sharon McFarlane (husband, William) of Colorado, Bonnie of Massachusetts and Wendy Diehl (husband, Paul) of Euclid; grandchildren, Shannon, Molly, Jeff, Annemarie and Forrest; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; and son, Roger K.
Prayers of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills, 28890 Chardon Road, (between Bishop Road and Route 91). The Rev. Fr. John Kumse will officiate. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township. (Please note the change in location of service and calling hours.)
Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Anne from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made in Anne's memory to the Lake Humane Society, 7564 E. Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060.
