Services for Betty L. Baker, 82, of Mentor, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Mrs. Baker passed away Friday, June 22, 2012, at Governor's Pointe in Mentor.
Born Oct. 8, 1929, in Zela, W.Va., she had lived in Mentor for the past 57 years.
She was a member of Central Assembly of God in Mentor, loved to spend time with her grandchildren, and read.
Mrs. Baker was employed as a sales associate at May Company at Great Lakes Mall before her retirement.
Survivors are her children, Ron (Roe) Baker of Mentor, Carolyn (Joseph) Skof of Willoughby and Jeff (Wendy) Baker of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Matt, Melissa, Ashley, Katelyn, Austin and Joselynn; great-granddaughter, Madison; and sisters, Norma (Strawn) Brown of Zela, W.Va., and Joyce (Dick) Musser of Ashtabula. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
Her husband, Ronald Glen Baker, passed away March 27, 2003. Her parents, Ernest and Cora (Painter) Harmon, are also deceased.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles S. Pahlman of Central Assembly of God will officiate. Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery.
