Burleigh N. "Bill" Shibley, age 79, passed away Oct. 30, 2012, at his home in Willoughby Hills.

He was born Dec. 4, 1932, in Cleveland and lived in Euclid before moving to Willoughby Hills 50 years ago.
He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the carrier Antietam, receiving an honorable discharge in 1960. He was past president of Wickliffe Rotary and a former Willoughby Hills Council member. He loved camping, boating and traveling with his family and was a classic car collector.
Mr. Shibley was the owner of Lloyd Motors Auto Agency in Wickliffe for 40 years.
Survivors are his wife of 56 years, Jean (nee Bancroft); children, Jill (Brian) Hric, Janet Schaefer and Holly (Robert) Kovach; grandchildren, Megan (Richard) Brock, Kurt Schaefer, Emily Hric, Christopher and Lynsey Kovach; and great-granddaughter, Hayden Leigh Brock.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
