Kari Elizabeth Simons, 25, passed away suddenly Jan. 8, 2014, at her home in Painesville.
Kari was born April 10, 1988, in Mayfield Heights, and lived in Willowick before moving to Painesville.
Kari had worked as a desk clerk for Travelodge in Willoughby.
She loved arts and crafts, and the outdoors especially backwoods camping. Kari loved her dog, Jude and being with her friends.
Survivors are her parents, Karl W. and Sharon E. (nee Burnett) Simons; brother, Jared Simons; and grandparents, Mary Keller, Garnet E. Simons and Chester Burnett. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kari was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Louis Carriere and Willard C. Simons.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Interment will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
