Memorial services for Margaret Ann ""Margo"" (Bettles) Ray, 80, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013, at St. James Episcopal Church, 131 N. State St., Painesville. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Ray passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born May 25, 1932, in Rushden, Northants, England, she lived in Lake County for 15 years, residing in Painesville.
Mrs. Ray was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and sang in the church choir.
Margaret was the loving mother of Phyllis Harbor; stepmother of Elaine Maule, Esther Ray Service and Edward Ray; and sister of John (Hillary) Bettles. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Ray; parents, William and Margaret (Sayers) Bettles; and sisters, Brenda Hill and Joyce Drage.
Family suggests donations in Mrs. Ray's name be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 131 N. State St., Painesville, OH 44077.
Arrangements entrusted to the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes, Willoughby and Mentor.
