Marie E. Alder Obituary
Marie E. Alder, age 91, of Eastlake, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones and angels on October 4, 2017.
She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 11, 1925 to her parents, Benjamin and Sophie Przybyszewski (both deceased).
Marie was a devoted parishioner of St. Justin Martyr for over 50 years. She treasured spending time and special moments with her family. In her spare time, Marie enjoyed gardening and crocheting blankets for her family and friends. She was an avid Browns football fan and relished the Sunday games. Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed.
Marie is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Frank E. Alder; her children, Joseph (Erin) Alder, Francis (Caroline Kidd) Alder, Barbara (Steve) Dezort, Mary (Ken) Sulowski and Regina Baker; her 13 grandchildren, her 15 great grandchildren, her siblings, Rita Loughery, Robert (Anna) Przybyszewski; and her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Alder.
She was preceded in death by her brother-in-laws, Robert Alder and William Loughery.
A funeral mass will be held 10 am on Monday, October 9, 2017 at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35711 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 2 to 6 pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
In memory of Marie, the family requests donations to be sent to Hospice of the Western Reserve Contributions, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110.
