Marie Iammarino Obituary
(Piunno) Iammarino, 95, of Willoughby, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 21, at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 140 Richmond Road, Euclid.
Mrs. Iammarino passed away May 17, 2011, at Parma Community Hospital.
She was born April 20, 1916, in Cleveland.
Mrs. Iammarino worked in food service for Cleveland Public Schools at Collinwood High School prior to her retirement.
Survivors are her daughter, Angela (Wayne) Linek; son, Domenick (Debra); daughter- in-law, Barbara Iammarino; grandchildren, Lisa (Joe) Zingale, Michael (Terri), Dina (Robert) Parmertor, Joey, Joseph Linek (Mary Ann), Anthony Linek and Michael Linek (Katie); and great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Nina, Dominic, Daniel, Jenna, Carmen, Monica, Antonio, Lorenzo, Audriana and Anna.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent P.; parents, Angelo and Concetta Piunno; sister, Christina Zeuli, and brothers, Michael, John, Anthony, James, Domenick, Joseph and Albert Piunno.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Vicchiarelli Funeral Home, 5252 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst. The Rev. Sal Ruggeri of St. John of the Cross Church will officiate. Burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights.

Dear Angela....so sorry to hear of your beloved mom's passing..i fondly remember staying over at her house so many times when we were in high school..she was always so sweet to me...fond memories..love & sympathy, jeanie & bob seljan

"Grandma" was such a wonderful and wise woman. She always had good advise to give and an entertaining story to tell. She will be missed a great deal at Linek family get-to-gethers.
