Michael Thomas Krebs, 54, of Eastlake and formerly of Mentor, died May 1, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Krebs was born Oct. 8, 1958, in Cleveland.
He was a self-employed landscaper and enjoyed cooking, NASCAR, gardening and woodworking. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Survivors include his children, Keith Krebs of Mentor, Michael Krebs II of Florida, Kevin (Kendall) Krebs of North Carolina and Kaleigh (Ian) Allen of Florida; grandchildren, Nicole and Alex; father, Oswald (Rose) Krebs; sisters, Cheryl Krebs of Eastlake and Lynn (Kerry) Krotz of Madison, stepsisters, Rebecca (Randy) Owoc and Robin Myers, both of Madison; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen (Larkin) Krebs.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave.(opposite Lake Erie College), Painesville.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Louis Miola will officiate. Interment will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
