Mass of Christian Burial for Michele Ann (Krahe) Peace, 47, of Chardon, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at The Church of St. Mary, 401 North St., Chardon. The Rev. Dan Redmond will officiate.

Mrs. Peace passed away Nov. 9, 2012.
Born Sept. 6, 1965, in Olean, N.Y., she was a resident of Olean and Willoughby before moving to Chardon in 1990.
Michele was a self-employed certified public accountant since 1996. She had also worked for Eltech in Chardon and the former Arthur Anderson Company.
Michele was a member of the Church of St. Mary in Chardon, where she was active in liturgy, friendship breakfast and the bereavement ministries. She also served as a board member of the Chardon Schools Foundation and was president of WIN (Women in Networking) in Cleveland. She volunteered and participated in the Susan G. Komen three-day walk for many years. Michele enjoyed scrapbooking, cooking, traveling, skiing and being outdoors.
Michele was a graduate of Olean (N.Y.) High School's Class of 1983, and of Cleveland State University's Class of 1988 with a B.S. in accounting.
Survivors are her husband, David H. Peace of Chardon, whom she married on Dec. 28, 1985, in Olean, N.Y.; sons, Eric (student and U.S. Army ROTC Cadet at the University of Notre Dame) and Benjamin (student at the University of Dayton); parents, David and Irene (Skrzypczak) Krahe of Olean, N.Y.; sisters, Mary Krahe of University Heights, Meme (Tommy) Yanetsko of Olean, N.Y., and Marcy Tyler of University Heights; brother, Michael (Pam) Krahe of Brockport, N.Y.; nieces, Megan, Melanie, Ashley, Mackenzie, Kayla and Allison; nephews, Billy, Jeffrey and Jacob; parents-in-law, Russel and Kathleen Peace of Portville, N.Y.; sister-in-law, Sondra (Bill) Kosinski of Bainbridge Township; and brothers-in-law, Greg Peace of Ohio City and Dan (Chris) Peace of Huntsburg Township.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Matthew J.M. Krahe and Mark Krahe.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. (Route 44, 500 feet south of Route 6/Chardon Square), Chardon. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township.
