Terry B. Milostan, 78, of Concord Township for the past 47 years, and formerly of Minneapolis, Minn., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, in Tampa, Fla., following a long, courageous battle with heart and lung disease.

He was born July 2, 1934, in Duluth, Minn.
Terry was a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a master's degree from the University of Minnesota.
He was a business owner. Prior to retiring, he worked for a number of Cleveland area businesses, among them were White Motor Corporation, Babcock and Wilcox, TRW and SP Manufacturing.
Terry loved all sports and was an avid golfer. He enjoyed playing with his family and his 'golf buddy," Steve Vitale.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Nancy (nee Morrison); children, Elizabeth (William) Watts of Dublin, Michael (Deborah) of Willowick and Mary (Rami) Spencer of Lithia, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Robin Milostan of Lancaster, Pa.; grandchildren, Katie and Billy Watts, Matthew D. and Kayla Milostan, Matthew G. and David Milostan, and Madison and Sophia Spencer; sister, Carolyn Erickson of Roseville, Minn.; niece and nephew, Brittany and Ryan Adams.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Bernadine Milostan; and son, Mark.
He was an organ donor and was able to donate his eyes.
Mass of Christian Burial and a celebration of life service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor. Father Tom Johns will be the celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), 6100 Rockside Woods Blvd., Suite 445, Independence, OH 44131, or to the St. Gabriel or St. John Vianney food banks.
