Tony P. Host, 67, of Mentor, passed away March 9, 2013, in Singapore, doing what he loved, traveling. He was an avid soccer fan, soccer player and runner.
He was born in Croatia, coming to the U.S. when he was 20 years old, settling in Northeast Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army (Vietnam).
He leaves behind his loving wife, Tamara; admired and loved son, Mark (Elizabeth); sister, Anamaria of Croatia; along with other relatives and dear friends in the U.S. and Croatia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ivan; and mother, Maria.
Private services were held in Singapore.
Memorial Service will be noon Sunday, April 14, at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 5913 State Road, Parma, with a luncheon to follow.
An open house and celebration of life will be held at his residence Saturday, May 11, beginning at 5 p.m.
