Celebration of Life service for Violet M. (Chapman) Hulme, 73, of Willoughby Hills, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Body of Christ Church, 38057 Erie Road, Willoughby. Pastor Mike Currier will officiate.

Ms. Hulme passed away March 5, 2013, at Hospice House of Cleveland.
Born April 24, 1939, in Beaver, Pa., she lived in Euclid before moving to Willoughby Hills 43 years ago.
Violet was artistic and loved to paint. She also enjoyed bird watching and playing board games. She was a strong willed, vibrant, giving and loving person.
Survivors are her sons, Fred R. (Kristy) Jr. of Colorado, Greg K. (Brenda) of Willoughby and Mike W. (Becky) of Willowick; grandchildren, Tyler, Leah, Aidan, Jared, Clay, Evan and Luke; brother, Richard S. (Helen) Chapman; and brother-in-law, Richard Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Melba L. Cameron.
Burial will be private. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills, 28890 Chardon Road (between Bishop Road and Route 91).
