William L. Curle Obituary
William L. Curle, 81, of Mentor, died Feb. 1, 2014, at his home with his family.
Bill was born Aug. 21, 1932, in Horse Cave, Ky., and lived in Cleveland before moving to Mentor. He had been a Cleveland Browns season ticket holder since 1964.
Bill was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. He retired from Cleveland Twist Drill in 1994 after a 43-year career.
Survivors are his wife, Rose Mary (nee Pular); and loving daughters, Linda (Gregory) Curle Ashton, Deborah (Joseph) Deak and Denise (Robert) Sefcik. He is a grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of three.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and six sisters.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, where family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be at Mentor Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110, or Wounded Warriors would be appreciated.
