Anne M. Pribula (nee: Pollak), 99, of Middlefield, a homemaker, died peacefully March 11, 2014 at Geauga Hospital.

Born July 14, 1914 in Struthers to John and Mary (nee: Kozma) Pollak, she was a longtime Lyndhurst resident before moving to Middlefield 10 years ago.
Survivors include her children, Ray (Karen) of Riverview, Fla. and Jerri Hart of Middlefield; grandchildren Ronald (Laura) Pribula of Stow, James Pribula of Painesville, Jacqueline (David) Adams of Colebrook, and John Snoke of Sugar Grove; ten great-grandchildren and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John Pribula; sister Marie Reitz; brothers Albert and John Pollak.
Graveside Services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. (On Ohio Rt. 44, 500 feet south of U.S. Rt. 6/Chardon Square) Chardon.
