Thomas J. Clark, 43, of Concord Twp., passed away peacefully Sunday, April 13, 2014, at his residence after a battle with cancer. He was born October 13, 1970, in Euclid, OH.
Tom was a 1989 graduate of Kirtland High School and a 1994 graduate of Kent State University with a degree as a Manufacturing Engineer. He worked at Ford Motor Company and General Motors before he and his father purchased Jay Dee Cleaners in Mentor in 1997.
Tom loved trains, gardening, salt water fish, snorkeling, bonfires, and the Browns. Above all else, he loved seeing his daughter grow and learn.
Survivors are his wife Carla Clark; daughter Reese Clark; his parents Walter and Carol Clark; his sister Kim (John) Marra; and his nieces and nephews Rebecca, Sam, Kristen, Caitlin, Catherine, and Jackson.
A memorial mass to celebrate Tom's life will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at Divine Word Church, 8100 Eagle Rd., Kirtland, OH 44094.
