Obituary Condolences

Carmen P. Miozzi, age 86, a long-time Hillcrest Area resident passed away Saturday, April 26, at The Gardens of Western Reserve in Cuyahoga Falls.
He was born June 27, 1927, in Cleveland.
He was a United States Army Veteran of WWII. He was a long-time member of Gilmour Council 310 Knights of Columbus, was a Eucharistic Minister, worked at Bingo and founded the Perpetual Adoration Program at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro. He was an avid golfer and bowler, and founded the St. Paschal Baylon Parish Men's bowling league. He was the former owner with his family of Carmen and Son's Meats in Richmond Heights, serving patrons for over 30 years.
He is survived by his children; Kathleen Liotta of Peninsula, Michael (wife Karen) of Highland Heights, Patricia Huber of Mentor, Mark (wife JoAnn) of Mentor, Matthew (wife Michelle) of Highland Heights, Marty (wife Kathy) of Mayfield Village, Margaret Videmsek (husband Michael) of Highland Heights, Carmen Jr. (wife Ruth) of Mayfield Village; 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; brothers, Norman of Mentor, Henry of Lyndhurst and his sister Rita Spagnolia of Mayfield Heights.
His wife Sally (nee Keleher) passed away in November and his sons-in-law Sam Liotta and Frank Huber and his sister Bunny Schaefer are deceased.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Fioritto Funeral Home, 5236 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst (East of Richmond Rd.)
Family and Friends are invited to gather for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights, OH 44143 followed by Interment at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp.
