Patricia Marie Campbell, age 79, of Wickliffe, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014.
She was born in Cleveland, May 28, 1935, to the late Charles and Marie Gorjup. She was a proud and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be greatly missed by many.
As a young adult after graduating from Euclid High School in 1953, Patricia attended Miami University. Aside from being a devoted homemaker, Patricia loved working part time for the Willoughby Police Department. She was a member of the Slovenian Lodge AMLA-4, and an active volunteer at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. In addition, she was an original member of the Perpetual Adoration and a member of the Northeast Ohio Mother of Twins Club. Patricia loved bowling, gardening, crocheting, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, John Campbell; her children, Kathleen (Edward) Berlin, James Campbell and Michael Campbell; her grandchildren, Matthew, Joseph, Jeffrey and Elijah Campbell; and her daughter-in-law, Judy Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Denise; and her son, John C. Campbell
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2014, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1730 Mt Carmel Dr., Wickliffe. Burial to immediately follow at All Souls Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2014, at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
