Marcia Jean Eaton passed away Feb. 8, 2013.
She was born April 6, 1936, in Painesville, to the late Robert and Maude Schack.
Marcia graduated from The Andrews School for Girls in 1955. After moving to Phoenix, Ariz., in 1963, she showcased her many talents in various professions, including realtor, and ultimately as a registered investment advisor.
Her creative abilities were abundant and evident in her many hobbies that included interior decorating, knitting, gardening, fine art and entertaining. In keeping with her philanthropic values, she gladly volunteered with many organizations, faithfully mentored others when needed and served on the board of directors for The Crossroads.
Marcia is survived by her three children, Tim Eaton, Yvonne (John) Dill and Keith (Bonnie) Duffy; grandson, Patrick Duffy; sister, Patti (Dennis) Train; aunt, Melissa Costello; many cousins; and her companion of more than 30 years, Owen Parry.
She was a spiritual soul, who will be greatly missed and remembered most for her generosity to anyone in need and for the deep love she had for her family.
A service celebrating Marcia's life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria, Ariz.
